1. All attendees shall be registered for the conference. Registration is open online from November 25, 2011 to May 15, 2012. On-site registration during the conference is also available.

2. Registration covers the following: conference program and other materials, daily coffee service, three convenient lunches, the opening reception on June 8 and the conference banquet on June 9, and transportation for the banquet. No refund will be issued for canceled registrations.

4. For attendees from the US, please mail in personal checks or money orders in USD for paying the registration fee. For international attendees from other countries, only money orders in USD can be accepted. Due to certain restrictions of using the university web-hosting, the conference cannot accept credit card payment. Your understanding is appreciated.
