There are free and down loadable teaching materials on this website. I think this approach fits English speakers better than the topic based material found in most schools. An excellent grammar book is on line for free and there are some down loadable topic based PDF lessons that have voice included. The grammar book uses the parts of Chinese that are shared with English and teaches all lessons using the Subject Verb Object sentence pattern. This method is used to explain Chinese verb with as little pain as possible. It also helps students get used to how Chinese characters work.
