I work in the field of education because:
Teaching Mandarin Chinese to young Americans may be the single most useful activity I can be engaged in. It has been my experience to start several innovative Mandarin Chinese programs here in the state of Tennessee. I've studied, taught and worked in China beginning in 1983. There have been many changes over the years and China is looking better than ever.
