CAIS Institute is looking for an eProgram Manager to further its mission nationwide. The Institute is an affiliate of the Chinese American International School (CAIS), the nation’s first Mandarin immersion school. CAIS Institute seeks to advance the teaching and learning of Chinese language and culture; we do this by developing and implementing hands-on professional development for the field of Chinese education. CAIS Institute has recently launched its newest online program, The Mandarin Center, which serves as a unifying platform that brings the Chinese education community together. The combination of our history, quality programming, and dedication to the teaching and learning of Chinese fuels our performance and success.
Passionate about Chinese education in the US? This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in online marketing and program management experience that is ready to drive our messaging and programming to the next level. The eProgram Manager is responsible for the marketing, communications, PR and e-programming initiatives of the Institute. The eProgram Manager will also serve as the lead in planning and executing additional workshops and training programs throughout the year, varying in length and size.
This is an excellent opportunity to take on an important role in a fast growing market segment and help drive exceptional growth. This is a full-time position in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with limited resources. The ideal candidate needs to be motivated, supremely organized, and have a keen focus on delivering excellent program results. In addition to program management skills, we are looking for a team member who is truly passionate about education and has prior professional experience and/or a demonstrated personal interest in Chinese language and culture. We are a small team of high-caliber, experienced, dedicated, competent (and fun!) people in a start-up environment. Due to the start up nature of our organization, you will be asked to take on new projects that are yet to be identified. This role reports to the Director of the Institute.
If you are an individual who can make great things happen wherever you go and have references that say things like "The best I’ve ever seen. I’d hire them again in a minute" we invite you to submit your resume!
