As far as i am concerned, parents should speak Chinese at home in front of Children, this will create a immersion invironment. Immersion in such Chinese environment would help them learn and form the habit of speaking proper Mandarin faster.

Chinese Language is a fantastic and yet challenging language. How to integrate fun and effective ways into your kids' Chinese learning?

Learn Chinese through game cards/ word cards
Oftentimes, kids learn Chinese effectively through interactive games and activities. We will integrate games and word cards into Mandarin Chinese lessons. Parents can also buy game cards and create activities with them. Through fun sessions, kids will gradually memorize what they have learned in their lessons and build interest in Chinese learning.
Learn Chinese through music
In general, most kids like to sing songs. Our Chinese teachers may teach your kids Chinese nursery rhyme, children songs, etc. You can buy music CDs for your kids, and sing Chinese songs with them. Learn Chinese through singing and your children will love it!
Read comics or story books
We may teach your kids Chinese fables and cultural stories. For kids to master or love Chinese language, parents can also get some Chinese comics and story books and read them to their kids before they go to bed.
